Private Coaching
Sometimes we know something isn't quite right, but we're not sure why.
You may be at a crossroads, considering a change or trying to make sense of something that has been quietly bothering you for a while.
Or perhaps nothing is obviously wrong. You just know you'd like to feel clearer, more confident or less stuck.
Coaching gives you the time and space to think openly about what's happening, understand yourself better and work out what feels right for you.
What might bring you to coaching?
You might be:
considering a career change or wondering what comes next
returning to work after parental leave or time away
struggling with confidence or self-belief
adjusting to a new role or responsibility
feeling overwhelmed or struggling with boundaries and work/life balance
navigating a difficult relationship or conversation
noticing the same patterns coming up again and again
Sometimes the starting point is simply a feeling that something needs to change.
People come to coaching for all sorts of reasons. You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined goal.
A space to think openly
Coaching isn't about me giving you advice or telling you what you should do.
It's a space where you can say what you're really thinking, explore things without judgement and give attention to questions that can be difficult to make room for in everyday life.
Together, we might explore what matters to you, your values and strengths, the assumptions or expectations you carry, or patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel and respond.
Coaching isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding yourself better, so you can make choices that feel right for you.
“I came to coaching with Hayley with a very open-ended goal... Her kind, compassionate, and open approach helped me explore what really mattered, connect my goals to my values, and see my own perspectives as valid.”

What is it like to work with me?
My style is warm, curious and collaborative. I'll listen carefully, ask questions and sometimes challenge you, helping you hear your own thinking more clearly.
I may introduce exercises or different ways of exploring something, but there isn't a fixed formula. The coaching is shaped around you, what you bring and what feels useful.
You don't need to perform, have the right answer or even know exactly what you want to talk about.
Practicalities
Most clients work with me for around 4–8 sessions.
We can agree a structured programme around something you'd like to work through, or take a more organic approach, with each session shaped by what feels most useful at the time.
Sessions can take place online or in person in Brighton or London.
The first step is a free 45-minute discovery call. It's an informal conversation about what's brought you to coaching, what you might like to get from it and whether working together feels like a good fit.
There's no obligation to continue afterwards.
